For almost twenty years, Commercial Property Group (CPG) has been managing a variety of properties and homeowner associations in Steamboat thanks to the original founders, Medora Fralick and Nancy Kounovsky. In 2018, Ben and Andrea Wilhelm purchased CPG in an effort to expand their maintenance company, formerly known as “CJAMS” (Commercial Janitorial & Maintenance Services). Ben and Andrea have lived in Steamboat for almost 13 years and love the outdoor family lifestyle it affords them with their two young boys.
Originally from Georgia, Ben graduated from Western State University in Gunnison, Colorado with an aptitude and passion for maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and carpentry work. His professional experience includes various property manager and maintenance positions at Perry Mansfield (76-acre camp in Steamboat), NorthBay Adventure Camp (97-acre education center on the Chesapeake Bay), and Point Lookout Resort & Conference Center (387-acre resort in Maine). In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, motorcycles, mountain biking, gardening, skiing, and teaching his two boys all of the aforementioned hobbies.
A graduate of Stanford University, Andrea’s professional background centers on non-profit administration including accounting and human resources. She is a licensed SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), a CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), and Managing Broker.
